Well I'm skeptical about what they say; I bought these gloves because of the very painful arthritis in my hands that often keeps me up at night. I have read about compression and copper and that there is no scientific evidence for their pain relieving properties; However, I needed urgent help. When I received them, I put them on the same night I watched TV. My hands felt better as night fell, but I didn't put much stock in gloves. I've been wearing them every night for a week now and I'm convinced they have improved my pain and discomfort. I don't understand how they work or if it's just psychology, but I agree! I would give 5 stars but it was only a week. If this continues I will come back and update. If you order these make sure you get the right size and measure your hands as directed. If you guess, you could end up with the wrong size and lose any advantage you would otherwise have. This is essential to the success of the gloves. Thank you and good luck!
