Beautifully made from good materials

Nice little coat. I love materials. Both outside and inside they are light, flexible and silky soft, the seams are perfect. I have a size 16 for my 18lb 4 month old Goldendoodle puppy. The length is a little shorter than I would like, but if I had bought a size up it would have been too big. However, it is fully wearable and will keep her neck, shoulders, stomach, chest and most of her back nice and dry. I particularly appreciate the excellent abdominal coverage. The coat is fairly easy to put on, although you will need to thread the paws and legs through the armholes. So if your dog doesn't like it when their legs are tangled, this can be a problem. The double velcro straps ensure a secure closure and the coat fits snugly and doesn't move or twist when my pup is out. I don't use a hood as the visor sits too low over her eyes when extended, but there is a handy latch that keeps it out of the way. Details like this closure, the functional pockets and the sewn back slit for attaching the leash to the harness as well as the quality of the seams and materials are a testament to the care and attention that went into design and production. it is a coat. However, I should note that I am using the Freedom No Pull Harness on my pup and his top leash attachment ring is too far forward of the slot to use - no problem, I just attach the leash to it. collar when wearing a coat. It's a bit light for the winter, but it makes it perfect for the other three seasons. I think I'll buy her a special waterproof winter coat in a few months when she's closer to full size.
