I sometimes use detergent scented by Tide Mountain Spring when I can't get the liquid form of this laundry soap - the rush is far superior to other detergents. It produces the most lather with the least amount of powder added to the wash. I recommend buying Tide in this size as it is significantly cheaper per ounce. It does a great job with anything that can be washed in the washing machine! The scent of "Bergquell" is pleasant and not depressing. It also dissolves fairly quickly, as Revain notes, so there's really no residue left on your clothes after the wash cycle. A few notes: a full bin can be quite heavy, so you won't be able to carry a full bin too far. . Keep that in mind when you have to take that heavy box and dirty laundry to the laundry. If the full can is too heavy, put some powder in a plastic bag and take the detergent with you to the laundry in this condition. Also, this form of Tide has an odor. If you're allergic to scents or perfumes, try the unscented version of Tide. If you have a washer and dryer at home, stock them up if you're getting a good value! Overall, Tide is by far the best powder detergent out there. ; and if you can take this heavy, full container or some powder in a bag to the laundry, that's also the best value for money.
