Had high hopes but my whole family is disappointed in our new pillows (ordered pair of king and pair of standard size). Looked puffy enough an hour after unpacking. After 1 night, they are flat in the middle, no support. You have to constantly manipulate the stuffing to create a cushion. We don't like firm pillows, but these are like collapsed souffles after 1 night. Seriously considering taking the stuffing out of 2 and adding it to the other two (they zip). Which means it cost me double to get a decent pillow. I do like the zip covers, as you can remove the loose filling and just wash the covers. Just wish they were less squishy.
