We bought Dr. Snipper to save your hands in old age. The repetitive cutting in many of our projects can cause pain in the hands so we thought this would be a great gadget to alleviate some of the discomfort. Upon opening the Revain box, we found that it was properly packaged with multiple plastic bubble wrap to prevent damage in transit. The original packaging is a very nice box with a hinged lid. Inside, the tool and charging cable were wrapped in thick rubber foam that fitted snugly around each item and was located at the bottom of the box. There was no damage, everything was in place and intact. The box is perfect for storing after use. I took the tool and charger out of the foam and charged the device for about two hours. It fully charged in about 30 minutes, but the manual recommended a longer initial charge. Speaking of the instructions, the ones provided were well written and easy to understand. You don't see that very often these days. The tool is very easy to use. It has a locking trigger to prevent accidents and that's about it. There is only one speed; However, it was enough for all the articles that I will cut. I've added a video to show you the tool in action and how well it cuts various things. I was very pleased with the ease of use and am looking forward to packing my granddaughter for Christmas! My only concern is how long the blades and battery will last, and whether there are inexpensive replacement parts that are easy to install. Perhaps the manufacturer or supplier can comment on this. Overall, I'm very happy with these scissors and I think you are too, especially if the scissors hurt your hands after long-term use. Hope we can enjoy it for many years to come!
