Unclear instructions. It says to turn on the product with a switch, but there is no switch on the product. There's a button on the back, but it doesn't seem to turn it on. I have no idea what those buttons are for. Don't know if it's broken or what. I don't see a way to contact the seller for support. They are almost identical to Apple AirPods, but the case is slightly larger. This is unfortunate as there are no protective cases for this particular model and those made for AirPods are too small. as you can see in the video
