I bought these because I am a keen jeweler and wanted some pieces to look like chefs. Although I have received all pairs of not the best quality and could be better. They must have an "antique" finish. but the trim wasn't sealed or anything because all the black just came off my fingers just holding it, I ended up using the yellow cloth that came with it to clean it and the fabric is black. So either the coating wasn't sealed or they were just dirty and dirty I don't know what. Secondly, some of them are quite strong, but I really liked a couple, half were bent on one and already starting to break, and the other partially broke off, which was sad, but managed and ended up just breaking off the bottom of the others and tried to fix them to make them look "normal". Honestly I don't advise against buying, there are better brands on Amazon.Edit: I didn't get a pair of everything, I have an extra pair and another without the other to make a pair. Apparently I have the same problem as many others.
