I originally received a defective unit and wanted to return it for a refund. Somehow customer service wanted to know what happened. I actually took the time to make a video to show off the failed device. It was difficult to send a video through Amazon feedback. As a result, they gave me another channel to send videos. I'm surprised they were so eager to get feedback. And customer service agreed to replace the device. The replacement unit works and I'm glad they made that option available. . I'm a happy user. I tested bluetooth mode, audio cable mode and radio mode. So far, so good.
