The ease of use of the platform, it's customization options, the great customer support, the ability to create new templates and fields, and the overall design are the best I have seen in this industry. The ability of the platform to integrate with various third party applications is top tier. I have used it for a variety of projects over the last few years and have not run into any issues that are not part of the platform. I highly recommend this product. Yes, it is difficult to find support for some of the more obscure features, and it is expensive. This is one of the reasons I have not used it on a larger scale in the past. However, it works well for smaller projects. I have used this product for the last few years to support the creation of financial statements for small to mid-sized companies. What I like most about this product it's flexibility to edit text documents as well images (which makes creating reports much easier). The interface could be more user friendly if you are not familiar using computers or programs that require some knowledge behind them but all in al lthe price paid for an excellent service! Nothing so far nothing at least until now because we have been very satisfied up tp know date of purchase which has never happened before purchasing something from another country!!
