The service is excellent - I had an interview set up for 10am UK time (which was fine) but when it came to recording my lines were in Russian! When we spoke via Skype they could not understand what was being said because of this so that part wasn't great either. But again, once everything got sorted out things went very smoothly from thereon in. There's no point giving any more details as that would just be telling you how good their customer support team are which isn't really relevant here. Voice over work can often feel like 'the dark art' if you're new at it or don't have much experience doing professional VO then finding someone who has done some amazing job recordings etc will make all the difference. Just use them!! They'll help guide you through every step along the way making sure each aspect runs smoothy without too.
