Updated October 28: The company contacted me and gave me a full refund because I was unhappy with their product. Customer Service = 100%. They also stated that the posts are light because they are made of spruce wood. I bought them because they were "solid wood" and not MDF or plywood. Well, they are "solid wood", the cheapest and thinnest wood available. They are lighter than polystyrene foam. I can't believe I paid that price for that junk. They also stink of stains so far and I've been airing them out for over a month. I didn't even bother to hang them up in my daughter's room because I know they won't last long. If it wasn't so difficult for me as a single mom to walk out the door and drive 45 minutes to the nearest UPS I would return them for a refund. Garbage.
