I bought both medium and small based on some reviews. I'm pear shaped, 4ft 11in, 140lbs and ended up keeping the little one. My roommate and I were expecting to have to cut the threads due to the combination of embroidery and mesh, but mine is in perfect condition and looks great.. This will be my semi-formal black dress, although I originally wore it for bought a funeral, can wear it to work, to dinner and to dates. It's about mid-calf for me, but I'm not tall. so i expected that. The material is also a bit thin so not warm. I wear a black uniform underneath so I don't have to worry about panty or bra lines. Overall I am happy with this purchase and hope it lasts a long time.
