The program is very user friendly! It has all of our products in it so we can go through each product quickly without having to search for them by part number or serial numbers which takes forever when you have thousands upon thousands of items that need to be updated. I wish they would add more features but this one works great as far as what's there now; however, if you're looking at other programs just do some research first because not every system will work well together like ours does. We are able to update inventory easily using Xtia's software instead of manually entering everything into excel (which could take days). This also helps us keep up better records than before since Excel sheets were falling apart from too many entries. Also being able to see where an item was made makes finding out how long something should last easier. Our customers love seeing their own labels printed off their orders while still keeping accurate tracking information about those same pieces. They don.
