The best thing about this tool, that it's free for small projects or apps with less than 10k users per month in active state! It has many features like real-time connection between front end/back end applications via websockets etc., but I don't think there are any other tools available out of box at such low cost price.

So far no major issues faced while using them; they just work fine without much tweaking needed from our side. If you want an easy way to develop your web application backend then go ahead!! As mentioned above everything works great if we have limited usage compared to others so be sure not to use more resources too early when building up new project.
