They pay all that money to get bad service and no phone number for the computer to contact them. Block scanning does not work and there is no sound for blocks or videos. I click the sound button several times but there is no sound. I emailed them just for them to give me directions as if I was slow and couldn't control the tone button. You need to make corrections to this app and fix bugs in the app. Stop charging people for an app that doesn't work. This is false advertising and needs to be reported. Fix this mess and give the customer what they paid for. That's what you're promoting, the product should be the product. That's very disappointing. Post a contact number on your product and website, only companies that do bad business and practice bad business ethics do things of this nature to discourage the customer from speaking up about issues you know you are dealing with product when you launched it. The app is the reason I bought the blocks. You are using the app to request a marketing benefit to provide you with a product and it is not working.
