I like that if you add it as an expert in LinkedIn, they follow up with you personally via email or phone call asking how things are going! Great service for connecting professionals who can help your organization build a great team culture where everyone is valued. Would love more options of people available during certain hours. It's not always easy to connect through their live chat option when there isn't anyone around at certain times. We used them because we wanted someone local and available 24/7 to provide coaching support while working remotely (we're both remote). They provided exactly what was needed - but only when necessary which made life easier. The fact that they were able to reach out to us quickly after adding them gives me confidence they will be responsive anytime my needs pop-up again.
