Update 2: After initially apologising, Sweetv asked me to delete or update my review. Understandably, they don't want negative feedback to affect their performance. I gave them another 1 star (2 to 3) because they seem to have taken my review of the product into account. Apparently it wasn't what they were looking for because in the next message I was asked to consider changing the rating to 4 stars. I absolutely cannot in good conscience give 4 stars to a product that I will not and cannot use as the company has stated that they will work to improve the product in the future. The current product caught on my dress and ripped out part of the lace - this is irreversible damage. This review and rating is for this belt and not a future belt that I have yet to see. Unfortunately I had to downgrade from the original because now it feels more like I'm trying to push myself to improve the rating rather than taking my review constructively to actually improve the product. The support team has been polite on all messages, but that's definitely not a fair approach to ranking. Update 1: Sweetv has apologized to me. They seem to have taken my feedback constructively and will work to improve the design and quality of the product. Adding a star to the rating for recognizing customer reviews! Original: Beautiful and simple at the same time. I would like to keep it but the metal caught on the top of my dress. The cord was literally stretched its entire length and I had to carefully cut the hanging parts to remove the belt without pulling on the cord and making holes.
