This remote control collar is very easy to set up. I was hesitant to use it because I didn't want to hurt my 7 month old 10 lb Shorky. At first glance I thought it would be too hard and annoying for him. From day one, when he wakes up in the morning, I go straight to him to put the collar on and he stands there until I do it. He was extremely cheeky in front of this little gem and in just a few days he became a different pup. It only took a few beeps to get his attention as I never intended to use the shock option. Vibration has many levels and right now we are at the minimal level with excellent results. This collar taught him how to bark and bite his knuckles.
