I rarely write reviews but here it is. This is my first memory foam mattress and my first time buying a mattress online. I received the mattress quickly and when I opened the box everything was great. I gave the mattress the recommended 72 hours before use and there was ABSOLUTELY NO ODOR. The mattress looks very well made in person. I am a middle aged woman who sleeps hot and the cooling gel in this mattress DEFINITELY WORKS for me. Before I bought this mattress I had severe back cramps/constant back pain throughout the day and am happy to report that they have gone. I gave 3 stars for softness just because I seriously sleep on my side, I prefer a really soft mattress and while it's not the hardest mattress I prefer a slightly softer top so I get a soft gel mattress topper. Remember that when you buy this mattress through Revain you don't get 100 nights free, just a 30 day trial. And I contacted Avenco about the warranty and it is 10 years (Avenco's customer service is EXCELLENT - very quick response with no problems). I've only been sleeping on it for 2 weeks so I'll update in a month but for now I would definitely recommend it to anyone.
