This item sold as "new ", dry and unusable is a waste of 12.00. It really sucks.

This mascara is too dry and too old to use. I opened it up, ripped off the plastic wrap and it's bone dry inside, unusable. I'm very upset as it can't be returned or refunded, so I hope this honest review will warn others not to buy it. Honeybee Gardens Truly Natural Mascara, $12.99 I'm very angry.
