I was disappointed that our Cocoa looked and sounded like it had been hit by a truck. Our friend's little boy got a brown one for Christmas. My little friend liked it so I bought him a black one. (They could then easily play together.) Anyway, Cocoa walked in looking like he'd spent the night at a party and fallen off a sidewalk or cliff. Its sound box makes noises like something out of a horror movie. It's pretty creepy, especially compared to the nice, clear, hopping voice we've heard the brown horse say before. Also, our poor Cacao seems to have scabies. His hair falls out at the slightest touch. My little boy's hands are covered in black fur when he touches them. If you run your hand down your coat, there's hair everywhere. I felt very sorry for him in that condition. The difference between the two colors is incredible. Why the difference in quality? Very disappointing! I'm just glad my son doesn't know/care/aware of the condition of cocoa. However, he still enjoys riding Cocoa.
