The support team has been amazing! They have all answered questions quickly while giving us suggestions along the way that will make our life easier as well as give great insight into what they are doing during their day job.
It's not easy having someone who understands your business fully able to assist you at any time needed without requiring an appointment so early or late can be tricky because of schedule conflicts but it does happen sometimes from my experience. I would say that getting more complex features out faster than expected which was good for users is probably why there hasn't always had enough capacity available due to the amount of customer requests being received - this could perhaps explain when delays do occur? Having said that though once something takes longer to add in terms of extra development resources etc then these issues arise even if things run smoothly until after release/end date. The team at sourced are very professional - they have all been working together since early days (we were still doing physical servers!) They know their stuff! I've worked across many different teams within sourcing over my time there but this was by far one that had it nailed from day 1 right up until today when i left as part owner/co founder last year!!
