I would give it 5 stars even though there was no hardware in it on Christmas morning when my husband opened the box to assemble it. Nuts etc but it's not the sellers fault it's actually the manufacturer's fault who put it in the box so I don't blame the seller, the seller responded quickly to my email and after the gear asked, they put them on a plane and delivered it straight to us. and I am very happy with their service. I'm very happy with the chair, it's really good for the price. I actually wanted to keep it but my 11 year old son didn't have it lol.
