I bought this to keep my curly hair from getting tangled at night. I generally wear them inside out. The seam is NOT uncomfortable, but somehow I feel uncomfortable; Plus satin fabric is even smoother on my hair when turned inside out. Bonus: I can wear it over my eyes and use it as a sleep mask to block out extra light.
