Many reviews mentioned receivers with used batteries, screen issues etc. My laptop arrived in questionable packaging via FedEx Express. But all was safe and sound. The laptop was still wrapped in plastic like a straight Apple MacBook, even with the screen cover. Only 3 battery cycles out of the box, with a new charger in the box. I'm very happy with the purchase, although in the Q&A section of this product someone mentions that it's a 2018 model and not a 2017 model (at least the one I received) which isn't a big deal to me, as it arrived in exceptional condition. I highly recommend this Macbook.
