Lack of stamina is a big minus.

Bought for PS4 controller. Initially pleased as the quality turned out to be good and installation was easy with a YouTube video. Initial performance was very good and for the price it was good value. However, I just replaced my second left joystick in less than 3 weeks. The problem is durability. The rubber pad wears out and breaks within 20-30 hours of play. See the bottom of the attached photo. upset. The search continues. Would buy an OEM replacement in a heartbeat. SONY, are you listening?
