The lid of this washbasin does not snap into place and the product flows out of the set onto the lid. This should not be the case as I have purchased this product many times and have never had a lid like this before. I tried returning it for a new one and he said I can't return this item. And what now? My product just leaks, does it need to be carried somewhere or sealed with a lid? Please tell me, does the company vouch for their product and replace this defective packaging?
