Very disappointing - shape does not change

They arrived crumpled in the packaging. And it would be nice if they came out and reformed - but no matter how hard I tried they just wanted to stay crushed even after a week, I couldn't get them to look like the picture and they basically broke taken together by itself They were crushed into a box.
