Look specifically at the model I bought because it was the only model with good consistent reviews. The phone is attached to it very firmly and securely while driving. Very strong magnet so I know it won't even drop my phone on a bumpy road. I've seen reports of disappointment that it got stuck so I didn't pin it down but it still stays in place without slipping. So I advise you to do the same if you decide to move it or use it for different means of transport. If you snap the floor to fully secure it can damage the holder or scratch the car and I've heard it cannot be removed once installed. Just gently clip it under the screen at the top and it will stay secure! I am very happy with this purchase and received absolutely nothing in exchange for this review. Just wanted to help the next girl/guy who has been searching and searching for a phone holder for his Mercedes just like me! Much luck!
