Review on Ultra-Staff Software by Alex Taylor

The customer service from USM was excellent, they answered all of our questions quickly with no hesitation! I wish we had more time for training when it came in between projects but overall very good product!! We did not have any issues using this system during my tenure as director/owner so far - great job guys. If you are looking into an online workforce management tool then look closely because there may be other products out their which do similar things better than usuall offerings like Asana etc.. This allows me access via mobile devices anytime anywhere allowing immediate responses even if offsite (which happens often).
