The best thing about this software is that it allows you to create your own templates which makes things easier when creating new reports or documents. It also has an easy to use interface so anyone can learn how to use it without any problem. Sometimes I have trouble finding what exactly i'm searching for but with some help from their support team they are able to find out where my issue lies and resolve it quickly. Some of our customers who do not know much about computers may experience difficulty using this software because there's no option to provide step by step instructions on how to operate it. In addition, sometimes we cannot make changes to existing files since the system won't allow us access to them if we don't pay extra money. We've been using this product at work to keep track of all inventory items.
