In February of 2022, I purchased my very first set of headphones, and exactly one month later, the right earpiece stopped charging and did not respond in any way to anything I tried. They informed me to get in touch with the retailer where I had originally purchased the headphones because they would not honor the warranty because I did not have the box that had the headphones' serial number. Because the TT does not have access to the database that has a list of the goods that have been sold, the store was directed to the central office. It had been requested that the central office compose an official letter that would be sent to the General Director. After that, the response was that they allegedly do not have the right to provide such information to regular citizens. This was the conclusion that was reached after that. When I went to the office of Xiaomi itself, I was told that they are not responsible for the actions of their distributors and dealers. Instead, they recommend that customers purchase their products only from the official website or from company stores if they want to ensure that everything goes smoothly. When I purchased a second pair of the same headphones, I made sure to keep the packaging this time around. After one month of continued use, the same thing happens all over again. Yet, I was taken aback when the initial set of headphones suddenly began operating normally. It turned out that all that was required after charging the headphones was to totally discharge both the box and the headphones themselves, and then they would function as they should have. Since that is how I currently live, I switch between the two pairs of glasses every month. The process continues in a loop. My recommendation is as follows: "If you have a limited purchasing budget for TWS headphones, then you should reconsider before taking this product. But, if you do decide to take it, then take 2 pairs of headphones at once and only through the Xiaomi official website." The final score is a one because I did not derive any satisfaction from utilizing it.
