To be honest it packs way too much punch and you'll probably splatter milk all over the place if you're not careful. I replaced the half dead batteries in the TV remote and everything worked much better. I hate doing this, but -1 for it. If I figure out what I'm doing wrong I'll definitely take a guess, but this is a pretty easy setup. Pour milk into a mug, insert the frother, press the button. Ideal for cappuccino or latte at home. Much better than the others I've had which were cheap plastic and fell apart, this one is really sturdy.
