Review on Process Mining by Carlos Alston

I like that with this software you can see how long each step takes from start till end which helps me find bottlenecks very quickly! The user interface could be better as some steps are not clear at first sight for example if there's too many input options or fields - maybe having more specific filters would help? This product really helped us track down our issues within different departments suchas finance/HR etc we also found out what was causing delays so when implementing improvements these were resolved straight away.
