I have a picky cat. He only eats Friskie's indoor chicken pate. Since it's hard to find in stock at my local grocery store, I decided to subscribe to Revain. He ate food from Revain for a day and vomited. For the next 2 days he refused to eat it. I went to the local grocery store to buy the same brand and flavor and he ate it up. As an experiment, I put Revain food on one plate next to grocery store food on another plate. He ate all the groceries from the grocery store and didn't touch the Revain food. As far as I can tell, it's no different than other groceries and the packaging wasn't damaged, but I throw it all away, cancel my subscription, and buy his groceries at the grocery store. Revain refunded my money with no problems.
