Overall I like this device. It really helps get rid of leg pain. However, I'm not sure how long that will take. Quality control is patchy at best. After a week of using this device, the front panel began to respond. The timer indicators stop working (red for 15 minutes and blue for 30 minutes). Will still work for 30 minutes if the timer button is pressed once, but the light will no longer turn blue. He gets stuck on red. Likewise, the heating button lights up red, regardless of whether the heating function is on or off. This doesn't give you much confidence that this device will work for long, but for now it still works. I use it almost every day and so does my wife. In addition, as reported by other reviews, infrared radiation is very weak. It can hardly be said that it is even on. The massage and compression are outstanding though, so I don't mind if the infrared is very strong.
