It broke on arrival: soft boxes
UPDATE - I contacted the pips in the service. They sent me a new set. Everything works, so 1 to 4 stars. Old review - looks like a good setup. Everything collected and configured. One lamp worked, the other didn't. I did what anyone would do and tried a different bulb, a different plug, but to no avail. The packaging was fine, so I think it was just a bad piece.
