A note about invisible shields. Some common complaints are installation headaches. Another problem is getting everything wet as this is an expensive device they are trying to mount the screen on (iPod, iPad, iPhone etc). And the last claim to air bubbles. As for the complexity of the installation: be confident and dive in. Do not be afraid. Turn off the device. Clean the surface with the provided screen cloth. Find a place where there is no dust or lint. Spray onto your fingertips before peeling off the edge. Remove the invisible protector and spray the solution onto the sticky side of the invisible protector. DO NOT spray directly onto the device. DO NOT touch the sticky side of the screen. Don't skimp on the spray; really saturate the shield. This will come in handy later after the device has been shielded. If it is not aligned, remove it immediately and try again. Spray more application if needed. Once it's positioned where you want it, use the included squeegee and start working on the bubbles. And I mean real work bubbles. Don't be afraid to put some pressure on. Work bubbles towards the nearest edge. There will be a fix on the device, but I've never had a problem with any of the iPads/ipods/iphones I've installed Shield on. So do not worry. The reality is that when you're done, there will most likely be a blister or two or some other imperfection. I've worn about 10 of these over the years and they've never been perfect. It's just the nature of the animal. Before you change your mind, remember that nothing gets past this sign! If you're like me, chances are you'll resell your device. If you remove the screen protector after a few months or years, the display will be exactly as it was before the screen protector was installed. This helps maintain a high resale value. If you don't like full coverage cases, the invisible full body protection makes it easier to hold your device. Alternatively, some malls have Zagg stores or Zagg kiosks. You can pay to have it installed by a professional if you can't complete the steps above.
