works for me in bun shapes and crowns

Fits me. I've used the same one several times and it's still holding up. I have thick, very long hair, almost to my waist. That may be why it works for me but not for others. I don't think this will work for people with thin hair. It's quite secure, I don't even have to do an extra twist to hold the hair. The wire inside seems a bit fragile so time will tell how long each bun holder lasts.
