This dress was for my 14 year old niece and her first school dance. She loved it! For reference she is 5’ 3” and 116 pounds. I bought a size small and could’ve possible gone with XS but small fit her well without being to tight or short. The material is a medium weight and seems to be made well. The dress is soft and moves well when she walks. There were no swishing noises when walking as I read in another review. The care of the dress says to hand wash and hang to air dry so that’s what we will be doing.
