I read the reviews and saw the photos but optimistic I think the lady who provided the photo showing that the handle was not on a straight line discounted it. I thought "Of course, this is an accident", but no! I bought three and none of them attached the handle properly. Still, I don't think it's a bad idea to send them back. If you are a perfectionist, don't buy them. However, for the rest of us. Box is exactly what you need. It goes well with my kitchen and goes well with the decor. On another occasion, someone asked if the handle could be easily swapped out. I thought this was a great idea as I wanted to use one in another room. Mechanically it looks like it would be easy to remove the handle. However, I'm having trouble finding a replacement that's the right size. It seems that a hole spacing of 110mm (about 4 3/8") is not a standard size. So far I haven't found one that I like.
