5'1", 150 lbs, size 8/10, ordered XXL (wide hips/pear shape). The first thing I would like to point out is that there are real pants attached to the shorts under the top. I personally didn't know. I thought it was just a cover to show the bottom of my bikini. Not this case. Be careful when measuring. I have a 39.5" hip. Where the shorts should be. However, the measurements given show that the XXL waist is between 38.5 and 40.5. Notice I said waist. This isn't the ideal place you'd want to dump them. I should have bought a medium or large. However, I am very unsure how they really fit. I usually order big things. The package came in sizes XXL and XL. Shorts are XL. Who knows what the true size is. I hope this review helps someone. Here are the measurements of the chosen XXL pair. XXL fits size 16/18. Or 14/16. Depends on how tight or loose you like your swimwear.
