I bought two different mouse pads and decided to keep this one. The other made a bit of noise now and then, but this one is pretty quiet and doesn't bother me. It fits a large mouse and has room for a cable. It moves the mouse and prevents it from being idle so I can watch movies without moving the mouse when I close Windows. For those of you who don't want to install any software on your system, you don't need to connect it to your computer. You can plug it into a wall outlet or a USB port. It has a button for easy on and off. 10/10 would buy again.
