Review on EFS Survey by John Clarey

It’s not perfect but it’s a great starting point and works pretty well. They do a good job making it easy to get people involved and getting the most out of the data gathered. I like how they make it so you don't have to spend any time configuring or customizing anything - just click "Survey" and start! But there's one thing that could use some work; when someone fills out a survey they receive an email notification (even if they're signed into your account). For surveys where this happens more than once within seconds, it would be useful to send them a message reminding them that another survey has been completed already. That way they wouldn't accidentally fill out yet again! Other than that though it's fine.
