For words! on cartridges and refills

although it is indescribable I will try to say. I have been using the cheapest blades for many years. Take them with you in packs of hundreds. And since I use a new blade every day. Why should I care if the blade can hold an edge? At least that was my logic. Until I tried those Wilkinson blades. I always thought that feeling rough on my face after shaving seemed normal to me. And sometimes I cut myself. I'm just not paying attention. It's not like this. Any blade. Knife, sword or razor. Has two main components. steel and carbon. The steel is soft and malleable, almost like copper. And it certainly can't hold the advantage. Until you reinforce it with carbon. But then it is fragile and breaks. These cheap woods have too much carbon and break easily on the edge. After the first one, lower your face. After that, each subsequent jerk will be rough. Wilkinson recognizes enough carbon to promote this problem. While retaining enough carbon to hold a sharp edge. It's a very carefully crafted balance. But these Wilkinson blades make me happy. The unit price is only 25 cents. The shave becomes incredibly smooth. This is so amazing to me after years of using cheap blades and then finding them. And I no longer use a new blade every day. 3 days, yes. But it's just that I want a super nice sharp blade. I've seen blades for as much as $2 apiece. But whatever they offered me would be undesirable given the price. These blades cost 25 cents. smile.
