Never mind. Add cold milk just below the fill line, pump quickly 50-60 times (pump at full power, as much air as possible into the milk if desired), remove pump unit, glass out the microwave milk container for a minute on high (make sure does not overflow in the microwave), the foam will thicken on standing. Froth up your favorite espresso, or if you want to keep it simple, use Starbucks VIA. I use 1/3 to 1/2 packet of VIA per 2-4 ounces of boiling water. Also, I use 2% UHT milk as I've found it produces a lather that I like. Unfortunately, I had no luck with nut milk substitutes. It's less than a dollar a serving, and the foam is thicker and creamier than anything I've tried at my local espresso stands. Enjoy!
