Never Lays Flat

I ordered this material because I have bought it before and was happy with it. It was different this time, now the seller rolls it in tubes, and it stays rolled no matter what I do. I rolled it back and put it back in the tube for 2 weeks! Opened it up and it flipped back and rolled in the opposite direction AGAIN. Complete scrap and unusable product!
