This band is very comfortable and looks great. I bought this because someone posted a picture of the bracket you use to hold the band while you adjust the size. Using a small hammer and punch, which were also included, made the size easier. I bent the first pin when I took it out. I didn't realize how hard I tapped the pin and bent it. Thankfully, a spare stylus is included in the kit. So when you remove the pins, be careful and as soon as you feel them fall out freely, stop tapping! So far I haven't noticed any difference in heart rate or step measurement. The only problem I have at the moment is that I also use the protector and have to remove the strap to charge because I can't connect the charger to the protector. The Inspire 2 strap pins are not attached to the strap. Therefore, you must keep them safe while charging. I believe if I wasn't using the protection I have I wouldn't have to remove the loading strap.
