Soft and has a nice design, but overall I don't like it

Very nice coat, very soft. But I want it to actually be less soft and more rigid to not wrinkle and keep its shape better. The collar is also uneven in size. Unfortunately I am not satisfied with this coat so I will be returning it. smaller than your usual size, you can probably order the same size, but if you're on the larger side, you should probably order a size up.
