Great Staff Agency With Excellent Customer Service
I like that they are very organized when it comes to scheduling and follow up after each shift is completed. Sometimes there are little hiccups in communication which can be frustrating for both parties. Scheduling shifts can sometimes take days or even weeks depending on how busy the facility is. If you're looking for an excellent staffing agency with great customer service this is the place to look! They are always willing to work with us to make sure we find staff members who fit our needs. We've been able to fill any gaps in coverage that our facility has needed since starting with Elitecare.
Pros
- The availability, ease of use/ability top schedule employees via telephone app (web as well), 24 hour support from their office 365365 day week never had problems communicating directly w them; prompt attention given by anyone working at ECMS whenever issues arise about something not quite going right related either my hiring manager's side OR mine AND quick action taken every single time without question asked
